Each founder contributes extensive expertise from diverse sectors, including the military, firearms proficiency and instruction, private security, close quarter combat and defense preparation, business management, finance, technology, and crisis management. This rich mosaic of experience positions us to perform comprehensive and perceptive security evaluations within the home. Our founders dedicate their specialized skills to devising bespoke security schemes that target the unique weak points of your residence.

James Greene

“James Greene is the Chief Executive Officer of Fortified Tactics, a leading firm specializing in in-home security vulnerability assessments. With a distinguished background in military and security operations, James served as a Gunners Mate Second Class in the United States Navy for two tours during Operation Enduring Freedom. In this capacity, he held critical roles as the Command Range Safety Officer, Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor, and a member of the Anti-Terrorism Training Team.

Following his military service, James further honed his expertise by teaching counter-piracy tactics at the Center for Security Forces Schoolhouse in Moyock, NC. His skills and experience led him to a role on a specialized private security team, where he conducted counter-terrorism operations across the Pacific Ocean.

A certified Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor, Anti-Terrorism Officer, and NRA Concealed Carry Pistol Instructor, James combines his tactical knowledge with leadership acumen. He has also held executive leadership positions in a personal wellness company and a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching entrepreneurship to veterans. Under his guidance, Fortified Tactical is committed to enhancing home security and fostering peace of mind for families across the nation.”

Julian A. Escamilla

Julian is Chief Operations Officer and marketing expert of Fortified Tactics he has served 5 years and 6 months in the Navy with Coastal Riverine Squadron Two. Due to the nature of the community, he was able to qualify as a Chief Engineer, Lead Comms Specialist, Lead Navigation Specialist, Coxswain, and Boat Captain with full weapon release authority. Their training also included, Security Reaction Force Bravo, Antiterrorism Level 1 and 2, Quick Reaction Force, Hand to hand Combat, and Close Quarter Combat.

He completed two tours to Kuwait and two to Bahrain in support of OEF and the 5th Fleet. 

Julian now serves as a Private Government Contractor that protects and ensures the successful mission of the SBX-1. As a Shift Lead for Aquate2 he oversaw Coordination with Raytheon, Tote, Gryphon, and New Horizons.  Training, Logistics, Random Antiterrorism Measures, Delivery of Secret Reports, Gun Shoots, Contract Based Qualifications, (M240, M2A1, M2HB, M4, M500, M9. M18) Entry Control Points, Escorts and Protection for High Value Net Worth Individuals and Dignitaries who boarded the SBX-1. 

David D. Winters

David is the founder of Fortified Tactics, recognizing the need for enhanced security and in-home tactical training. His expertise lies in furnishing the business with structure, standard operating procedures, and support for business development.

Professionally, he has served as a Quality Control and Quality Assurance Inspector across various heavy industrial companies, supervising industrial manufacturing, building, and construction projects worth billions of dollars.

He is the holder of two patents, one in industrial and the other in product applications. The concept of Fortified Tactics has been a long-standing vision for David, which has come to fruition with the assembly of the right team.

As a husband and father, I understand that my family's safety is my number one priority. It is my firm belief that our home should be well-protected, allowing me to sleep peacefully at night, confident that we are all prepared for any eventuality, and you should feel the same.

JP Delahoussaye

JP, the Operational Manager at Fortified Tactics, brings a wealth of experience with a 25-year career in the oil and gas industry, spanning from field operations to executive management. His pivotal role in organizational development through strategic growth initiatives has significantly boosted client satisfaction.

His profound understanding of business operations is crucial to our strategic development from the ground up. JP is renowned for his reliable guidance and leadership in both his professional and personal life. He has provided mentorship to numerous young individuals, esteemed business leaders, and has steered multi-billion-dollar companies towards prosperity.

Additionally, he has recognized the importance of home fortification by implementing advanced security measures in his own residence.

Bruce Goelz

Bruce, the Chief Financial Officer at Fortified Tactical, boasts over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. His areas of expertise include investment and financial accounting, custody operations, project management, relationship management, and sales. As a licensed financial representative, he is skilled in various securities, alternative debt financing, and equity advisory services.

He earned an MBA in Banking Finance from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, and a BS in Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Additionally, he has completed a formal credit training program.

Beyond his duties at Fortified Tactical, Bruce also runs his own business growth consulting firm.

With Bruce's extensive financial knowledge, we are confident he will be a key contributor to Fortified Tactical's success, driving new markets, setting new company standards, and shaping future business objectives.
